• Supervise and conduct concept design studies for drive train systems. • Supervise implementation of project detail objectives • Provide product design documentation through the creation of detail drawings, engineering lists and ECN''s • Recognize, evaluate, communicate, and implement innovative systems • Integrate manufacturing input into the design of components, assemblies, or vehicles systems, and may participate in the support of manufacturing activities such as Pilot or 1st Production Work on the design of components, assemblies, or vehicle systems Provide technical direction to Drafters, Designers and Engineers

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering • At least 5 years of experience in Drive Train projects related to off-road vehicle design. • Strong project planning and project management experience • Experience with current virtual development tools and software; vehicle dynamics and hydraulics simulation, FEA, FMEA, CAD, gear design • Proficiency in MS Project and MS office software • Proficiency in developing Hydraulic and PS transmission system designs
Preferred: Professional Engineer Certification and/or Masters in Mechanical Engineering
